1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Rewright you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Rewright is an AI-assisted writing tool. We provide cloud document storage and AI text completions on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Rewright. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Rewright requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Rewright to generate spam, illegal content, or content that violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Your content
You own the documents you create. By storing them with us you grant us a limited license to host and transmit them solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Rewright name, logo, and software are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you beyond the right to use the service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Rewright is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI completions will be accurate or appropriate for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewright's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
